Skate-A-Thon at MIN (Medical Imaging North) Fairgrounds Arena

SKATE-A-THON Fundraiser, January 3, 2010:  The fundraiser, initially scheduled for October 24, 2009, has been postponed to January 3, 2010 due to the new registration process, lack of thorough communication, and to allow ample time for full participation.  The requirement is for every boy and girl in the association to raise $100 in pledges for skating one hour.  At the Skate-A-Thon there will be food, music, beverages and prizes.  Please find all information and pledge sheets in the Documents section. 

 

Final pledge collection will be November 30th, 5-7:00 pm at the Fairgrounds.  If you have not completed pledges by this time, you will be assessed the remainder, to be paid in full by December 5th.

 

With rising costs of operating our arena, this will be one of our most important fundraisers of the year. For every dollar you raise, we are matched another dollar. For example, if we raise 20K, we will be matched 20K for a total of 40K. This is significant and will allow us to keep our registration fees at current levels for the coming years if participation is strong.

 

 

 

All players are still eligible for the $100.00 gift certificates from Range Sports.
